In depth

Verdict

Leac An Scail Lady couldn't cope with the impressive Gladiatorial at Downpatrick but that was her first start since November and Henry De Bromhead's winning point-to-pointer should make a bold bid to go one better. GLORY FOR MOLLY couldn't quite match strides with Manito Park Aa at Cork but was only beaten four lengths and time may tell she was facing a very stiff task. She can go one better though Robyndeglory is much better than she showed in a Ballinrobe handicap after two fine runs in maiden company. Newtown Pery is a likely improver and one to keep an eye on.
