Verdict
Northern Rocked is chasing an early-season hat-trick after handicap wins at Leopardstown and Naas. Dermot Weld's gelding has clearly improved over the winter and can't be discounted but may find the concession of 6lb to FIGHTING BRAVE beyond him. David Wachman's stable has been firing in the winners lately and his son of Storm Cat, who was performing reasonably well in Group 3 contests at this time last year, will be happy to be back on home soil after a couple of runs in Dubai. Blaze Brightly made good strides last season and could be a factor if fully wound-up for her reappearance but Finicius may have been flattered by his proximity to Famous Name at Leopardstown earlier this month.
