Verdict
Billy Ballbreaker can end the winning run of Make It Easy, with Sir Cumference and Petolinski seen as other potential dangers. Make It Easy managed to rattle off five on the bounce between the flags before being bought by current connections who sent him straight over fences at Fakenham a fortnight ago. He got the better of Tirley Storm by a head and shaped as though today's step up in trip will suit him. However, he still has a bit to learn about jumping, and with that in mind we rely instead on Billy Ballbreaker who seemed to appreciate the fitting of a tongue-tie when opening his account at Exeter recently. That was in heavy ground, but the faster conditions will not be a problem, and having now opened his account, Colin Tizzard's charge is well enough handicapped over fences to score again. Sir Cumference has not won since his days with Henrietta Knight and is a shade high in the weights, and Petolinski is searching for his first victory since 2002 when trained by Jeff King. He is well weighted these days though and could prove troublesome. For the winner we row in with Billy Ballbreaker.
