In depth

Verdict

Centurion Steel makes his debut over fences after scoring at this trip over hurdles at Downpatrick. Winning point-to-pointer THE GREAT WHITE (NAP) landed a handicap hurdle at Limerick in April and was conceding the winner 12lb when narrowly beaten on his chasing debut at Kilbeggan so can go one better. Bellaney Gem has been going quite well over timber but Twilight Girl ran poorly at Killarney last time after showing early promise over fences. Gelee Blanche easily won a maiden hurdle here before a poor run at Punchestown. She's likely to be better suited to chasing and makes her debut over the larger obstacles.
