Verdict

Interesting to see Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins represented with The Mediator and Vadsa Queen respectively. Both have claimson their NH exploits but probably need to take a major step forward to handle a couple of improving three-year-olds. Eastmore has filled third spot on both starts in decent maidens at Fairyhouse and Killarney and was only half-a-length off the winner at the latter course when last seen but LYGON STREET just shades the vote. Joseph O'Brien's colt showed notable improvement last time when fourth in the Apprentice Derby at the Curragh and there should be more to come with first-time blinkers also applied.
