ichael Bowe must be wondering what he has to do to get a race out of Akatara, who has now had 32 starts without winning. She has the best form in the race but can hardly be trusted while another who should have won by now, Dubh Go Leir, didn't appear to stay this trip when last seen here on New Year's Day so it's a surprise to see him tackling it again. PERFECT GENTLEMAN will have no problems with the trip nor ground and his overall form entitles him to the vote despite having to concede weight all round for his bumper victory. Winning point-to-pointer Golden Olive is on the upgrade and ran well on his hurdling debut over the track and trip on New Year's Eve.
