In depth

Verdict

Etania won over course and distance in September but is still 8lb higher. Agent Louise is back in the right grade but looks high enough in the weights now. Clara Peggotty was second twice at Southwell in March but is likely to find today's going much too quick. It will be interesting to see if there is any money for St Gregory as, though she hasn't run for a long time, Nicky Richards' mare doesn't look badly handicapped but MRS BURBIDGE looks the one to beat. David Noonan steered her to a comfortable victory at Towcester and, as that was a conditionals' race, she can race off the same mark in this.
