Verdict

Time Leader has been knocking on the door with regularity though he was well held when seen previously here over a longer trip. Tarseem isn’t the easiest of rides though Mitchell Bastyan is value for the 3lb that he can claim in this contest. CASTLE QUARTER was a winner on the level for Mick Appleby and connections will have been encouraged by a much improved effort at Worcester on his most recent start. Diamond Joel is a long-standing maiden over hurdles though his sole win on the Flat came on genuinely quick ground.
