Verdict
Much interest with regard to the Jonjo O'Neill trained Onlybegoneanhour although Welsh Dane holds the best form of all of those to have seen the starter. Although not one of the big names in the bumper ranks, Onlygoneanhour has a likeable pedigree at this level and provided the market speaks positively, he should be the one that they all have to beat. Welsh Dane ran a creditable third to the highly-regarded Bob Bob Bobbin at Chepstow under similar conditions. His chances should improve greatly if he has learnt to settle in the early stages of his race. Colin Tinkler has a well backed winner of a similar race at Ludlow on Thursday and he is responsible for Crashtown Leader on this. A stoutly bred individual he is closely related to Peter Beaumont's staying chaser Jodante. Plenty of questions to be resolved once the opening show is through but Onlybegoneanhour looks the main focus of the attention.
