Verdict
Minivet bounced back to winning ways when landing a claimer in decisive fashion when last seen over hurdles, and comes here on the back of another win on the level, so gets the vote to score again with Artane Boys and Mister Moussac rated the main dangers. The last mentioned ran better in novice-company last time but faces no easy task back in a handicap today. Persian King would need to step up on his reappearance effort when second to Chivite at Worcester but is entitled to do so and has to be respected. Top weight Marrel now seems to be in the grip of the handicapper and of more interest may be David Gandolfo's Rainbows Aglitter, provided that he is fit enough for his seasonal debut. The novice Artane Boys has an obvious chance on the evidence of the form shown when second to Tiger Frog at Huntingdon last month and rates the biggest threat to Minivet, who is taken to win again.
