Verdict

A couple of previous winners take part but Moorlands George’s success came way back in 2015 and 2017 winner The Last Bridge makes more appeal after posting a better effort here last time. Dont Be Robin won at Chepstow recently but had finished behind third-placed WATER WAGTAIL at Exeter before that. Emma Lavelle’s charge will be sharper for that outing and collateral form also gives him the edge over Danseur Du Large. The latter has been raised 9lb for a short-head success over track and trip but The Boola Bee has tumbled down the weights and showed signs of a resurgence last time having undergone a wind op.
