MERCERS COURT is pretty much exposed but should have benefited from his comeback third behind Ossie's Dancer in a handicap at Plumpton and went close a couple of times on good going last summer. He makes more appeal than Wings Attract, third on his debut under Rules at Market Rasen, and Bilbrook Blaze. The latter was only beaten a length by the useful Kingfisher Creek at Taunton in January but didn't sparkle over further at the same track earlier this month. Mr Edge won on the Flat in Sweden but showed little on his hurdles bow.
