Verdict

None of these boost confidence but CRAY goes handicapping for the first time after placing at Pontefract behind a Godolphin favourite. He may improve upped in distance today along with the rest of the opposition. Newt is another handicap debutante to note representing Sir Mark Prescott and Padrinho finished closer at Nottingham last month when ahead of Kiruna Peak while Sheriff Garrett slips further down the weights after a modest reappearance at Doncaster.
