Verdict
The final event on the card involves the smallest line up with just four going to post and of the quartet Bolton Barrie looks a good thing to land back to back wins, Hurricane Bay and Impero can fight out the places. The selection relished the step up to two and a half miles last time when easily beating Red Society at Carlisle, and the further distance this afternoon shouldn't be a problem. Peter Niven trains Hurricane Bay who has not achieved much in his most recent outings but did land a handicap here over a slightly shorter trip back in May. Impero has shown a glimmer of ability but shouldn't really be good enough to trouble the selection. So Bolton Barrie, even with a massive 12 stone five on his back, looks a good thing to send the punters home happy
