    Verdict

Music To My Ears is also down to run at Sedgefield on Tuesday, and so may come here chasing a four- timer, however Mantilla and Gabla will be major threats. Jonjo O'Neill's gelding, a decent bumper performer, has taken well to hurdling, winning two modest events without breaking sweat and can give weight away all round here. Gabla had his rivals well strung out when winning at Carlisle recently and will make a bold bid to follow up that success. But for the main danger to the selection it has to be Mantilla who bolted in at Exeter earlier this month after the stable decided to use a visor, and although it was only a seller she is weighted accordingly, and can have a big say in proceedings. Music To My Ears though gets the nod but Mantilla will be no pushover.
