    Verdict

Premiership's Pontefract win came out of nowhere as he'd previously posted just one placed effort from ten starts. However, he did run out a decisive winner and is handily treated off just 51 if he has indeed turned over a new leaf. Fiftyshadesofred gives the impression he's more at home on the all-weather and Kenilworth King only has a second start on the grass on his thirteenth start. Kodebreaker does most of his running on artificial surfaces too but ran a really good race on a rare turf start at Doncaster last time and is strongly respected on that evidence. However, Ruth Carr is enjoying a really good season and MAKALU is expected to go well for the yard on the back of a couple of solid seven-furlong efforts this term. He also remains on a perfectly feasible mark.
