In depth

Verdict

Just a 2lb weight range between the quartet in a trappy finale with question marks against all. Silver Tassie is solid but finds winning hard as his last success arrived in 2017. He should give his running though. Bigirononhiship has obviously had issues as shown by just two starts since October 2017 and was last seen back in January. He is hard to assess and the market may prove the best guide. Ard Chros is very lightly-raced with just two starts under Rules but did show potential at Hexham last month. However, FINGERONTHESWITCH, whilst not always the most consistent, arrives on the back of a good run at Cheltenham the last day, stays well and is a course and distance winner. He gets the nod although soft ground is a potential question mark.
