      Verdict

      The fitness of Henrianjames may tell against potentially useful Byron Lamb, with Sir Storm and Super Nomad not entirely out of it either. Henrianjames loves fast ground, so hopefully the rain will stay away to increase his chance of landing another course and distance victory. His first came in May when he had the measure of Sir Norman, and although slightly worse off at the weights, should still be capable of maintaining that form. Mary Reveley's charge showed his wellbeing with a comfortable success at Market Rasen six days ago when not really extended. Apart from one or two careless jumps, he always looked the likely winner, and should be good for a follow up here. The one to keep an eye on is Byron Lamb, successful in seven of 10 career starts so far. Nicky Richards' inmate gave The Bajan Bandit a good race at Ayr last season, and although expected to be fitter for the run, he will win his fair share of chases, even over the minimum trip. Super Nomad has the assistance of Tony McCoy but is another that will strip fitter for this, so we return to Henrianjames as the answer.
