Verdict

DUBH GO LEIR looked a certain future winner when beaten a short-head by subsequent winner Seefood at Clonmel and though failing to build on that next time the heavy ground was probably the reason and she's given another chance. Our Lady Carmel has definitely improved on good going so providing the ground stays reasonably quick she must be in with a shout along with Quarterpastsix, who didn't get the best of runs when strongly fancied at Listowel last time. Cailin Annamh showed plenty of potential on her debut at Gowran while Lady Of Glencoe undoubtedly has the strongest form when runner-up in a Listed contest at Limerick but she hasn't been seen since running moderately at Punchestown in April.
