        Verdict

        Topsy Turvy is by Pivotal but has already been gelded and is probably best watched on his racecourse debut. HARBOUR PATROL's latest third to Yeenaan at Newbury is probably the best form on offer. He should stay this extra furlong and Richard Hughes prefers him to Envisioning so he is taken to open his account, though Haydock fourth Rocky Rider has more scope and is going to improve the further he goes. The market may be the best guide to the chances of the remainder.
