Verdict

Emerging has obviously had his problems but was a progressive handicapper last summer. Red Runaway has been in good form on the Polytrack but his efforts on Turf have left something to be desired. Ragged Robin is another all-weather specialist while Festival Theatre is proving disappointing overall. Sandown third Norway Cross in interesting upped in distance, however, but Puzzle Time has lost her way and neither Tobacco Road nor Jupiter Storm make much appeal at the weights. PLACIDIA (NAP) could be called the winner a long way from home at Yarmouth last time. A 7lb rise in the weights should be easy to overcome and David Lanigan's filly is hard to oppose.
