        Verdict

        Smart Ass, Outlook and Ransom Strip look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to Smart Ass. The selection won with a little in hand last time out when beating Hillbilly Cat and although he has a penalty for that win he is a progressive type and still looks ahead of the handicapper. Outlook rates the main danger on his latest third behind Ludivico but he looks weighted up to his best. Ransom Strip is another that could go well he also won well last time when beating Kissi Kissi but he will need to improve off this higher mark in a more competitive affair. Of the remainder Living On Prayer is another last time out winner what could go well but he looks vulnerable to a less exposed type and for the winner we return to Smart Ass.
