In depth
Verdict
A weak sprint and a chance is given to Tree Roofer who can finally open his account at the main expense of Sergeant Slipper, Attorney and Lady Natilda. Nick Littmoden's charge has been a frustrating performer in the past but put up one of his best performances when narrowly denied behind Gilded Cove over the course and distance in late April and should have no trouble in reversing the form with that rival on 7lb better terms for a neck. Sergeant Slipper comes here in top form having scored at Southwell on his latest start but he had nothing to spare at the line and could struggle to follow up off a 3lb higher mark. Lady Natilda has strong claims on a recent placed effort at Bath but has yet to prove as effective on the all-weather while Attorney is thrown in on his old form but appears to be very much on the downgrade on recent evidence.
