      Verdict

      MUFTAKKER (NAP) was having his first outing since December when just missing out over today’s trip at Newcastle. He gets the nod on that form and should confirm running with fourth-placed Cloud Thunder. The latter could be in the mix once again while Desert Friend wasn’t beaten that far when only fifth here last time and may also figure. Burn Some Dust has been hurdling but won at Ayr in 2019 when last seen in this code.
