Verdict

Not the strongest maiden to have ever taken place here but Soul Provider has taken well to this surface and he may have the edge over Royal Pavilion and Brown Dragon, who already has a little to find with the selection on their meeting here last month. Orchestration is another entitled to come into calculations after a fair effort behind Toronto Heights at Lingfield at the start of this month and could easily fill the forecast slot if he hits the gates running. However, the selection also has form that ties in with Peter Chapple-Hyam's charge and holds a slender advantage on a literal reading of that form. Soul Provider's fillies allowance will come in handy at this level and she can do her bit to expand upon an ever increasing haul of prize-money gained from Paul Blockley's runners on the all weather this winter.
