Verdict

Eric The Grey has a shout on his third over 7f at Musselburgh in September especially with George Chaloner taking 7lb off his back. SHARAAR has the more recent form with a decent fourth on his introduction at Lingfield last month and given the third Botteen has subsequently won, that form looks strong enough to come out best in this. Two No Bids is more exposed but went close here last time and Off The Pulse made a promising start when second over track and trip without looking like catching the winner. He'll improve for that but neither of the newcomers make any appeal on breeding.
