Verdict
It was soft ground when Kodimoor went close at Catterick in October and HARPERS RUBY (NAP) is preferred. The latter won over track and trip in September and found only one too good back here last time. Captain Scooby was ahead of Hurricane Alert when winning over 5f at Kempton last month while Charlie Lad scored over the minimum trip at Lingfield early this year but has not figured since. Whispering Soul never threatened the winner when runner-up here in September and her earlier win at Hamilton came in a seller.
