Verdict
International Law has been winning over shorter trips here recently, beating both Roman De Brut and Arlecchino's Leap in the process. He should go well again, despite a further 3lb rise, but it could be the turn of CASINA DI NOTTE today. The latter has yet to win on the all-weather but has won off a higher mark on Turf and a recent second over track and trip suggests Marco Botti’s charge can go close. Global Art was threatening at the turn of the year but has gone backwards since while Whatwouldyouknow returns to action 5lb higher than when completing a double here in November. Acker Bilk has won twice on the all-weather but both times over 1m4f.
