Verdict
COUNT OCTAVE is likely to be a short price as he only needs to reproduce the form of his third in a Goodwood maiden in October to get off the mark. Utopian Dream has only shown modest form so far over shorter trips at Lingfield and is now blinkered. Neither Elite Icon nor Astrostorm have shown much in the way of ability but Jonny Portman’s newcomer Piccoloro is a half-brother to five winners, though most were sprinters.
