Verdict
Alberich (rated 85) and Mi Odds (rated 80) are well ahead of their rivals on official ratings and should have this between them, with the former selected. The former is a course and distance winner and should be sharper for his January run, which was over two miles. His rider also takes a useful five pounds off his back. Mi Odds, also a course and distance winner, landed back-to-back wins at Southwell in February and should give a good account of himself. Strictly Speaking, whose sole win came over course and distance, hails from the in-form Paul Cole yard but has a bit to find on official figures. African Dawn, just touched off in a Lingfield seller last time, has place claims.
