Verdict

Rudigreen has another career-high mark to contend with but is in the form of his life and another good run is likely. He makes more appeal than Midnight Tuesday, who is eased in grade but hasn't raced since May, and Valleyofmilan. Donald McCain's charge was pulled up at Perth last month but has only had two runs over fences so still has time on his side. GUD DAY looks like making a better chaser than a hurdler on his three runs to date and is fancied to break his duck over the larger obstacles today off what still looks a fair mark.
