In depth
Verdict
Having a fifth run in just over a month, ISTIMRAAR has certainly been kept busy since joining Dan Skelton. He alternates between hurdles and fences and won off a 7lb lower over the smaller obstacles at Market Rasen last month so there is no reason why his purple patch can’t continue. Nikki Steel has a welter burden to carry but is only a pound higher than when scoring at Market Rasen in March and Alex Thorne takes off 7lb. No No Cardinal ended a long losing run at Plumpton last month but in a lower grade and Un Beau Roman usually finds at least one too good. Filemon may be best of the rest.
