      ENCORE D’OR finished in front of Sir Robert Cheval at Ascot before placing behind a couple of higher rated horses in Listed company at Doncaster. Bob Cowell’s charge should go close with Ryan Moore staying loyal. Line Of Reason has also faced tough tasks recently though remains 7lb higher than when scoring at Ayr in July while Poyle Vinnie looks to be treading water off his current mark. Merry Banter and Foxy Forever have plenty on their plates both upped in class today.
