In depth

Verdict

Second Wind, who is related to five winners, made all and had something in hand at Yarmouth so it will take a good performance to lower his colours despite a penalty. Jungle Bee may have found the ground too quick at Thirsk but Magic Warrior showed very good pace at Newmarket and will improve markedly. CATCH CUNNINGHAM made €30,000 as a yearling and 160,000gns at the Craven Breeze-up so must have shown something special. He's a very speedily-bred half-brother to three winners and can make a successful debut. Jadhlaan is another with a smart pedigree but the market may tell us more about his and the remaining trio's chances.
