In depth

Verdict

Creative Flair beat a decent field on her reappearance in a conditions race at Ascot and William Buick prefers the Dubawi filly to Divine Light but there will be some long faces around East Everleigh if SNOW LANTERN is beaten. By Frankel out of the stable’s brilliant miler Sky Lantern, Richard Hannon’s grey finished ahead of Creative Flair on her Ascot debut last year, despite running green, and she was always travelling strongly when getting off the mark at Newbury last month. With entries in all of the big races this summer, she looks one to follow. The yard also run Oh So Sharp Stakes third Shine For You but Love Is You looks a bigger danger on her third in the Nell Gwyn, though she does carry a penalty. Kestenna faces a very stiff task on her Turf debut while Primo Bacio and Ville De Grace require improvement having finished upsides in the Fred Darling.
