In depth
Verdict
FISHABLE has been quite lightly raced and got worked up before the start of his reappearance at Ripon. He still wasn’t beaten far, however, in a race that’s working out well. Blue Cup got no sort of run when fifth at Epsom and he’ll handle any give in the ground but Ryan Moore switches to Satono Japan, even though his mount is racing on Turf for the first time. United Front and Uzincso look all-weather specialists but there are possibilities about Surrey Pride on his return to action. A winner at Newbury and Chester last year, he ran well in the November Handicap on his final start and has been eased in the weights since. Makram and Irish Admiral are both stepping up from a mile but the latter has plenty of scope.
