In depth
Verdict
A fairly modest contest by Ascot standards. Tosheroon waltzed in at Plumpton after a 600 day absence and if he shows no ill-effects, he has to be a major player. Pure Fun steps back to two-and-a-half miles after a poor run over three miles. He makes plenty of appeal if the rain stays away. Connections of Putup or Shutup will be hoping otherwise. The TEAMtalk pick is Safe Enough. He was off the course for a season with a leg injury but there was a lot to like about his Plumpton victory in October and he looks well-handicapped off a mark of 96.
