In depth
Verdict
Not too much to go on so strictly one in which to follow the market. Double Fun won the Dutch St Leger on the flat so there shouldn't be a problem with staying this trip. Tony McCoy is booked so his trip across the water is not for the English air. Briar was a market raspberry at Wetherby on his British debut and that was mirrored on the racetrack. Girl of Pleasure is currently rated 91 over hurdles. She won a race at Stratford in July. Cheltenham winner, Almnadia was well beaten behind her but the second, Limbo Lad is fairly ordinary and was well beaten in selling grade this week. Of the recent UK flat converts, Madiba was useful over middle-distances on the Lingfield track, Groovejet didn't train on from a promising two-year-old career while Kew was fairly modest.
