Verdict

Irtahal is impossible to oppose in the concluding event and should justify likely prohibitive odds with Queen of Arabia fancied to get the better of Compton Eagle for the forecast spot. Having shown decent form in defeat in maidens Newmarket, York and Goodwood, the selection has been found a suitable opportunity to open his account and has little to fear from his rivals. Queen Of Arabia should strip fitter for her Salisbury debut and is narrowly preferred for silver ahead of Compton Eagle, who only beat one home on his Newbury debut. Artisia showed little sign of ability on his first start and is impossible to fancy in a race that should go to Irtahal.
