Verdict
Neither Ho Leng nor Caught Out make much appeal in a weak race and the percentage call is probably Master Robbie, who gets the verdict over Baldour and Albashoosh. The last mentioned has a bit to find on official BHB ratings but is a consistent performer and is entitled to be thereabouts again. Baldour disappointed at Goodwood last time but has to be respected on earlier form at Brighton although the form of the Ed Dunlop stable is a worry. Caught Out seems to be no better than moderate and, with Ho Leng seemingly on the downgrade; the vote goes to Master Robbie. Mick Channon's gelding is a seven-furlong specialist and with no front-runner in the field he may be able to dominate the race from start to finish.
