Verdict
Top Style is proving expensive to follow and, having been beaten in lesser races than this of late, is taken on with Reversionary, who gets the vote over The Wizard Mul. The last mentioned takes a big drop in class but has given little sign of encouragement of late. Iftikhar holds similar claims but faces no easy task giving weight away all round and of more interest may be Spree Vision who comes here on the back of a win in a claiming hurdle at Perth last month. Danefonique has form on a soft surface and is another worthy of a mention along with East Cape who may ideally want further but the vote goes to Reversionary. Mick Easterby's gelding should strip fitter for his recent run here over nine furlongs, his first since July, when a close second behind Fiddlers Creek and he looks the one to beat.
