Verdict

Obe Gold and Swinbrook are both interesting for new yards however the track may not really suit either and it may pay to take a chance on course and distance winner DRESSED TO DANCE. Having been claimed from David Evans' yard after a course and distance win in May, the selection has run well in defeat for new connections in handicap company. Now dropped in grade again and not badly treated at these weights, she should put up a bold show from a fair draw. Horses such as Who's Winning, Great Knight, and Milton Bradley's pair all have plenty to find on official ratings, so a bigger threat may be Swinbrook. He is a new recruit to the yard following a Southwell claiming win last time but all of his best recent runs have come on slower tracks than today's. Obe Gold is very capable but he has little room for improvement so handicaps are out of the option as he isn't well treated. He has an entry on Tuesday but he takes his racing well and despite his slow starting/come from behind style of racing he is not one to take lightly. This looks a good chance for Dressed To Dance to get back to winning ways.
