In depth

Verdict

This is very competitive with Tedstale, Cryfield, Les Arcs, Torrid Kentavr and Atlantic Ace forming the shortlist, with the vote going to Tedstale. Tedstale has won over course and distance and looked to be coming to hand last time. Les Arcs comes here on very good heart following a cosy Hamilton win. Atlantic Ace is well handicapped on the basis of his 2002 form and has won here before. Wuxi Venture has bits of form that give him a shout while Torrid Kentavr has done connections proud and could yet be well handicapped on the Flat. Cryfield is another to be back to a wining mark which, as you can tell, further highlights the competitive nature of this race. We got the pin out and it landed next to the name of Tedstale.
