Verdict

Prince Elzaam will need to show further progress burdened with a penalty for winning over 6f at Thirsk. He’d earlier finished in front of One To Go at the same track and the latter has subsequently been beaten over today’s trip. THE TRADER ran over 7f at Newmarket on last week’s debut and should find this less competitive. Mark Johnston’s colt is taken to come out best with normal progress given Poet's Delight was still beaten a long way when third here recently.
