In depth

Verdict

Snookered Again caught the eye with a good effort last time and he is given a tentative vote here with Mount Ephram and Tumbleweed Galore put forward as the likely dangers. The selection hails from a shrewd yard who know the time of day in these type of events and he was staying on strongly at the finish last time when a close third behind Caitlin on the AW at Southwell. This lightly-raced gelding looks to be going the right way and with conditions to suit should go well. Mount Ephram was a good second behind Uredale at Catterick last time in a race where he failed to settle. Providing he does not race too keenly here then he should go well. Tumbleweed Galore has run well on his last two starts and there may be more to come from this lightly-raced gelding from the Brian Meehan yard. It would be no surprise to see him run a big race with Kevin Darley booked for the ride. Sharp N Frosty ran well when fourth behind Jane Jubilee last time at Catterick and looks to have place prospects, but Snookered Again looks to be improving nicely and is taken to score.
