Verdict

Swift Tango, the only three-year-old in the line-up, can put one over on his five rivals, the best of whom should be Raphael and Welsh Wind. Swift Tango had run one or two nice races as a two-year-old and came good last time out at Windsor. That was only his ninth career outing and although Welsh Wind is entitled to turn the form around on the revised terms, Ed Dunlop's charge has the most scope. In addition Welsh Wind is a frustrating customer sometimes, and the selection may have more to fear from Raphael who very nearly humped topweight to victory at Beverley last time. She was caught on the line after being sent clear and Kevin Darley may decide to restrain her a bit more here in a bid to go one better. The rest are fully exposed, including Supreme Salutation, so Swift Tango is hard to ignore.
