In depth
Verdict
Tancred Miss has been a model of consistency of late and gained a much deserved success over 5f at Catterick last time (now 6lb higher). The daughter of Presidium is just as effective over this trip but has shown her best form on a faster surface and may not want any further rain. Greatdream was disappointing on his handicap bow over 7f last time but has been dropped 2lb since and may do better over this shorter trip while Patientes Virtis landed a weak affair last time but did not look the heartiest of battlers and has more to do here under a welter burden. The TEAMtalk vote goes to the in-form Bolula who handles testing conditions well and gets plenty of weight from her main rivals.
