Verdict
Scurra is best treated by the weights according to the official assessor and looked unlucky when hampered in a similar heat last time. The three-year-old was also a fair fourth in an Epsom handicap which gives him every chance here but marginal TEAMtalk preference is for Firozi who rates as the value alternative. Richard Fahey's charge made no show on his return but bounced back with a narrow success over a large field in a selling handicap at Thirsk late last month and may be able to follow up in a race in which few can be realistically fancied. Drinkin Time is an exception after a fair effort in better company last time and is partnered by a useful claimer.
