      Verdict

Despite being a pound out of the handicap Tomenoso is the selection in this interesting hurdle race. He is in good form having won at Sedgefield and Wetherby on his last two starts and has proved he handles a lively surface. His trainer is in good form and he is a confident selection. Plutocrat has shown improved form of late and will handle the surface however he has failed to shine on his two appearances at this track and is passed over here for that reason. Caesar's Palace has useful form and could go close if at his very best. However he is not the most consistent and cannot be backed with total confidence. Bodfari Signet should give his usual honest performance but looks up against it at these weights.
