Verdict

Archie Watson and Hollie Doyle teamed up to great effect at Royal Ascot last week and Salsa Dancer has shown ability in both starts to date. Soldier's Gold has to go on the shortlist having improved on his Haydock debut when second at Newbury but we’ll give another chance to LAND LOVER, who has been set some stiff tasks to date and has William Pyle’s 7lb claim in his favour today. Jockey bookings would suggest newcomer Ajwadi is the pick of his stable’s two runners.
